Jane Beaumont
Jane is the resident artist at Bold Bauhaus in Manchester, England.
She is a self-taught artist from North Manchester who discovered art as a form of escapism in 2016 after a life-saving operation. She found that it gave her a voice to help express moods. By understanding the somatics of her body, it provoked her imagination by allowing her to paint metaphorically to express a connection between imagery and feeling. There is a consistent flow throughout her paintings to make an us feel mesmerized and intrigued. Our attention is drawn in through the colour depth of her paintings and takes us on a journey of curiosity.
